I am Ingrids uncle and as your host in Brazil it will be my pleasure to make your stay with us an experience to treasure for the rest of your lives.

Many years ago I navigated down the amazon river for several month on a raft with the purpose of founding native medicine men and try ayahuasca.

It surpassed all my expectations and I learned to harvest, prepare it and witness its healing power for body and soul.

Today we have the opportunity to receive this gift of ancient times in a comfortable environment.

Ingrid christiansen

Ingrid grew up between Germany and Argentina and has her current residence in Ibiza where she organizes yoga retreats since 7 years.

Once a year she travels to brazil to host her tropical retreats.

From a young age, the curiosity of traveling led her to know different Latin American countries and discover the ceremonies of medicine.

Delighted with the experiences, she decides to create a safe space to accompany those who feel the call to try or to heal with this amazing medicine.

NATALIE STEWARD

Natalie is passionate about helping others go beyond the mind to self exploration within.

As a trained breathwork, meditation and Yin Yoga facilitator, Natalie invites us to connect to what is already there and asks “how can we be more of our true authentic selves?”

Natalie has a love for music, movement and uses a range of embodiment practices to help us move away from our thinking minds so that we can feel more.

As a trained mindfulness (MBSR) facilitator, Natalie helps us connect to our own inner wisdom; uncovering our truth, passions and desires. Natalie is committed to her own personal journey and as a soul leader, she deeply embodies her own unique gifts to naturally inspire, teach and guide others. Truly inspired by plant medicine, she believes “all the answers are within”

We are Michele and Lila.

I Michele am Southern Italian, born and raised in a wonderful region called Salento. I also feel Baiano by adoption, a Brazilian region where I live and where I started the path with ceremonial practices ten years ago.

I’m Lila from the West of Brasil I grew up in Alto Paraíso-Go ,Chapada dos Veadeiros, an ecological sanctuary of rare beauty, I have been on the path of sacred plants since the age of 16, on which path I dedicated my life.

Together We live in a tropical garden in the south of Bahia that we take care of, with the pleasure of learning to live in simplicity and harmony with mother nature, to appreciate its beauty and generosity. Where we organize self knowledge-based practices inspired by ancient Afro-Brazilian, Amazonian and Andean spiritual traditions. The Ceremonies with sacred plants and devotional songs are designed to learn to live in peace, balance, with spiritual and psychophysical health.

The Bahian garden of Sapirara is an expression of the “NATURA MAESTRA” life project.
This is an association founded in Italy by me, Michele, With my fraternal friend Davide, together we felt the call to share with friends the beauty that we find in our life. Today Natura Maestra has become a beautiful tribe in Italy and Brazil with many alliances all over the world and organizes several meetings, ceremonies, retreat.

We are very happy with the opportunity to present our work with all of you here in Brazil and once a year on Ibiza.

The fact that I have already done two retreats with Ingrid and that should tell you enough! Sometimes you are blessed by a life changing experience… A magical week of yoga, mindfulness, yummy healthy food and a connection with beautiful souls. I have done retreats in different places before: normally you are one of many and while the organizers are welcoming, the retreat is run as “business” and you feel like a “client” Not with Ingrid, Here it is more of a warm home and to me personally it has felt like a balm to the soul.. I cannot recommend this retreat enough and I have seen people truly transform during the course of the week. The world is suddenly a bit more colourful, you feel more connected and at peace and your energy levels are positively vibrating. You will come back with this zen smile on your face! I just hope that there will always be a place for me…

I booked this trip with no great expectations. The villa itself is quite secluded in nature, which is very nice to hide the everyday stress for a week. a wide range of mindful yoga and meditation variants are practiced. I really had the feeling that they were trying to get to know me really well in order to pick me up from where I am at the moment. I always felt safe and secure in the medicine ceremony as well. I can really recommend this trip to anyone who can take the time to get to know themselves better for a week.

The atmosphere, the location, the vibe, the quality of the lessons, the fabolous garden, the food, the human connection, the open minded people met during this retreat, the possibility to openly share love, emotions and difficulties....
